Before coaching, I really wanted better for myself in terms of my health and fitness journey.
I was struggling mentally about my health and physical appearance. I felt overwhelmed not knowing how to approach the life I wanted for myself. With social anxiety being one of my main factors holding me back.
During coaching, I found myself grateful for having Vanessa to help guide me in the direction I wanted to go. Every session I couldn’t help but notice howcompassionate and good of a listener she is. She really hears you - giving me a safe space to really feel what I felt. I found that oftentimes she would address keywords that came out of my mouth and touch base and acknowledge how my own words are powerful and help me see my own power within. At every session we would set small attainable goals together. As the weeks went on I found myself accomplishing these goals where previously I didn’t believe I could accomplish to the point where I myself could recognize my own power.
