Vanessa Chambers

Founder | Nurse Coach, MSN , RNC-MNN

Vanessa Chambers, earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree from University of Illinois at Chicago, has held a Registered Nursing license since 2011. In 2013 she branched out and extended her licensure to include California. She has worked in diverse clinical settings such as inpatient medical-surgical units, outpatient clinical settings working with Los Angeles County Housing for Health to assist individuals who experienced being homeless on Skid Row, and stepped into the lives of home- health patients for monitoring and treatment. Majority of her nursing career has been spent in Women’s Health as a postpartum nurse and currently as an OB-Gyn Nurse.

Her love for educating patients and families using evidence-based practice has led to her pursuit of a certification in Maternal Newborn Nursing (RNC-MNN) in 2020 and a master’s degree in nursing education at Chamberlain University in 2021. Vanessa has much compassion for patients and is also a firm believer in self-care and self-compassion in order to care for others. Vanessa’s adversities in life have steered her to incorporate a health and wellness lifestyle for the past decade. Along the way, she’s discovered various healing modalities and learned how to navigate difficult times, and embraced the growth that comes with stepping into new roles such as being a mom.

This journey is ever-evolving, she remains committed to learning with an open mind and heart. Through it all, she continues to uncover her light in the beauty of life. As a Nurse Coach and Holistic Practitioner, she hopes to share her experience, expertise and evidence-based practice to help clients and any individual that she may come in contact with.
