Please read and acknowledge our office cancellation policy, cancellation fees, deposit and Refund policy.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Deposit will go towards your service.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with 24 hours notice. This notice must be by email or text, and must be sent no less than 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled after this time will be forfeited and may be subject to additional fees.
Any cancellation made within the 24 hour period will be considered a “late cancellation.” We reserve the right to automatically charge you a fee, using the payment method on file.
If you are a “no show” and fail to show up for your appointment we reserve the right to charge you a fee using the payment method on file.
Under certain circumstances we may choose to waive these fees, but this is NOT guaranteed.
Please review your calendar thoroughly before scheduling your appointment so that rescheduling can be reserved for emergencies only.
One reschedule is permitted with at least 24hrs notice, subject to availability.
Rescheduling with less than 24hrs notice may result in loss of deposit.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made or the option to reschedule.
Refunds are limited and may be discussed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Nurse Coach. Approval of any refund is not guaranteed.
Coaching services must be paid in advance. Once a coaching session has been provided, no refunds will be issued. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend a scheduled session are non-refundable.
Coaching packages are non-refundable once services have begun. Any approved refunds will be prorated based on services already rendered.
